To maintain healthy body and strength baby’s muscles, there are some stretching Exercises you can do with your infant ^^
1. Hug-A-Baby, gentle, passive stretching of the arms and legs
2. Alternate Leg and Arm Stretch
3. Tummy Knee Press
Tips:
- You should smile and mainatin eye contact to your infant when you are doing exercises with your infant. (coz, every infant loves mummy’s smiling face ^^)
- If the baby gives you a signal that he/she is not interested in, please stop! And take a break!
- You can do these exercises with your baby whenever you and the baby feel comfortable with.
